I would say most weeks (not all) for me have been about 0.75 lb - 1 lb a week. I haven't lost more than 4 lb in a month since October and I notice it's slowing even more. In Feb I only lost 2 lb and up until the 23rd of this month I had only lost 2 lb. I often think to myself that I would get slightly bigger weekly losses if I lowered my UD cals but when I have tried doing that it hasn't made any difference to my losses.
