Well the first week is always a bigger loss as you are losing your glycogen stores, so on average 8lbs ish.

After that they say an average of a stone a month, which is about 3¼ lb's a week, but I've found that my loss has ups and downs but evens out to just over 3 lbs a week.

The main thing this diet does for you, is by making you drink lots of water your skin and eyes start looking a lot more healthy. I've had people comment on that but not my weight loss.

Whatever you lose, you will feel happier in yourself and so will dazzle them all, I'm sure:D

The first few days are hard as you lose the gycogen stores and go into ketosis. My advice is paracetamol and a couple of early nights, but once you are through that (usually by day 3ish), then you will feel really well and the hunger gos, which makes it SO much easier.
