How much is too much

    Atkins
    Just wondering, feel like I've eaten waaaay too much meat today, (all meat was grilled)... had bacon for bf with 2 eggs, 3 small mushrooms and quarter onion, for lunch, two pieces tescos steak pork chops with cabbage, and for dinner, 2 pieces salmon with spinach.... am absolutely stuffed, was wondering if I've overdone it today?

    I say that if you are stuffed, you overdid it. Fortunately, overdoing it on Atkins isn't such a bad thing! I am not much for measuring the food you eat, as long as you eat the right kind of food. What I try to do is to avoid being stuffed (I succeed sometimes!). I have noticed weight loss difference when I eat til I am satisfied instead of stuffed.

    I agree, I eat loads as you all know, but, Atkins did say "eat until you're full" not stuffed. LOL
