How much sugar???

    Just looking at the packs and there is more grams of sugar in one shake than in a mr Kipling cake slice! Am a little shocked! The fat is also marginally less! Thats based on a chocolate slice!

    Considering carbs are the devil I'm surprised at the numbers

    But you would eat a Mr Kipling as a snack (in my case I could easily eat the whole box as a snack without even thinking about it!) whereas each Exante pack is a whole nutricious (sorry cant spell!) meal.

    The packs also include enough energy & vitamins to keep our bodies healthy using them as the diet suggests.

    I KNOW from experience that I feel better and more energised + less hungry having the shakes rather than fatty treats.

    Best not to read the packs - just eat/drink them and watch the lbs melt away
    ! :D
