how much tinned tuna is a hex b?

i always get confused about this.
i used to thin it was one small tine but now i'm not sure.
i can't find my book at the moment to look it up.
is it drained weight or is it the net weight for the tin?

it is 85g of fresh tuna from fish counter and if it is tin then 113g of tinned tuna in brine or springwater.
