    Hi everyone,
I am into my third week of sole source and at my first meeting with my counsellor she said I should drink 4 pints of water a day, so that is what I did....
But at my first weigh in as I only lost 4lbs she said I should drink more water, so now I am drinking 6 pints a day and at my second weigh in lost 4lbs again....

So...I am wondering how much everybody else drinks a day????
Is my 6 pints enough???? My counsellor seems to keep changing her mind so I thought I'd ask you all.

    Thanks alot xxx

I physically can not do more than the minimum stated, so i only do 2 1/4 litres a day.
Fizzy water, different types of leaf tea and black coffee.

Hi - I half a pint of water after each meal, plus about 6 black coffees a day and I also drink 4 litres of water. I find the more water I drink the more weight I lose. Sometimes the body tricks us into thinking we're hungry when we're really only thirsty and drinking water, especially with the flavouring can really get rid of the hunger pangs and sweet cravings.

4lbs a week is a good regular weight loss though, so don't be disappointed with that. You'll be at goal weight in no time at this rate.
