How much weight have you lost on success express?

Hi, i've decided to give my weight loss a boost and do success express, i've got 4lbs to loose to get to my first goal of 2 stone and was just wondering how much other people have lost doing success express for a week, is 4lbs realistic?

It varies fm person to person. I did it and was angelic + lost 1lb but u feel soooo much better for it. X

I tried it for 3 weeks to get to my final target & lost 2lb=1st week, 2lb=2nd week 3.5lb=3rd week, now at Target!

I did it a few monthe ago for 4 days and extra easy for the other 3 and i lost 4lb that week. im doing it again this week and have photos of what im eating in my diary. click on my link below if you are interested

Hi, thanks guys got weighed today lost 2 1/2 lbs pretty happy with that, may do a few days next week see if i can get the same of again

Ppl in my group where saying if ur struggling to get to target re do ur target to say an extra 2 lb ull soon lose it quicker x
