how much weight in 8 weeks???

hi guys just wantd to drop by as im considering doing cambridge diet.i started trying to do a vlcd in feb but havent really stuck to it.but as i have only 8 weeks until i go on hols i really want to lose as much as poss,. i currently weigh 13st 2.75 lbs have been doing sns since monday.so anyone around the same weight and height 5ft5in could just let me know how much you have lost in 8 weeks .i know everyone is different and they say that on all vlcd you lose about a stone a month but the losses do seem to be more on cambride or lipotrim.cheers guys xxxxtracyxxxx

I am 5ft 4 and have lost just over 2st in 8 wks. I had a week off in that time on holiday too, straight back on plan once I'd got back
