I can't answer that but i have found that when eating say 3 days out of 7 i have lost about 4lbs still (i have eaten out) but when eating a few days in a row i gain
Last time I did ss I occaisionally nibbled slices of ham and cheese and still had good loses, but you have to think is a slice of ham/cheese really worth it and ope its not because it could lead to more

when doing SS, what if you nibbled something? How much would make you not lose weight? I am not about to try it but was just wondering incase I had a weak moment. :eek:
It really does depend on how much you nibble and what you are nibbling at ;)

If you feel the need to eat, you could always do SS+ :) Similar losses to SS and all that, and has 'food'
