when doing SS, what if you nibbled something? How much would make you not lose weight? I am not about to try it but was just wondering incase I had a weak moment.
I can't answer that but i have found that when eating say 3 days out of 7 i have lost about 4lbs still (i have eaten out) but when eating a few days in a row i gain
