I didn't measure myself at the start of my weightloss, but did it during the week there. I think at the beginning I didn't want to know them tbh!
So seeing as I've measured once, just wondering when I should do it again. I weigh myself weekly, but thinking this is probably too often to measure. Should I go for fortnightly or monthly do you think?
