How often do you take your measurements?

I didn't measure myself at the start of my weightloss, but did it during the week there. I think at the beginning I didn't want to know them tbh!

So seeing as I've measured once, just wondering when I should do it again. I weigh myself weekly, but thinking this is probably too often to measure. Should I go for fortnightly or monthly do you think?

Hiya i measured myself from the beginning and did so every week at the same time,till i got to goal..
Some weeks i didnt lose weight but had dropped a few inches so that helped me alot..:)
Good luck with it..do yourself a chart x

i only measured myself on week 3 too.really gutted i didn't do them sooner.
anyway i do mine every week.really spurs me on if i have a lower weight loss.
lost 8 inches this week :)

I measure my waist weekly - the rest I havent measured since I started - Im saving it for a week I dont lose weight to help motivate me
