How often do you weigh yourself?

I weight myself twice a day, morning and night :)

The reading can easily go up 3lb throughout the day. My favourite weigh-ins are Saturday and Sunday morning as after a lie-in I'm about 1-2lb lighter than a usual morning (longer without food / drink I think). All completely false readings as the difference is probably due to dehydration but I find it keeps me on track to make sure I always get back on :)

The only reading I really take notice of though is the Monday morning one which I use to update my stats. It's usually 1-2lbs more than it was the day before 'cos I've got up earlier, but it's got to be better than WI on the evening ;) :)
 
i weigh myself at home on the morning of weigh in (evening) i find that during the day i put about 3lb on fro mmy scales to the club scales by tea time, it just gives me an indication as to wether im staying at class or not that evening lol
