I know it's against what everyone says but I weigh myself every day.I know my scales are 1lb more than at WI so take that into account when I weigh. I weigh myself every morning in my work uniform (that I wear to WI each week) and then again when I get home from work. It's quite motivating to see a loss and if I don't see a loss then I'll adjust my food to rectify it. Works for me![]()
Hi everyone, I weigh daily at the moment but Im only in my 4th week, so its giving me an idea of the food types that agree with me and those that dont. At the moment i suspect fruit is hindering my losses so im cutting it out this week and will see what difference this makes on the scales. I dont think i could wait a week to find out!![]()
