How on earth does anyone fast?

Well im back at work so back to set break times. But have been having brrakfast smoothie at my desk at 12 or 12.30 then lunch just after at about 1.30 or 2. Dinner is more snackish then before 7 so averaging at about a 17 hour fast
 
I don't find IF too challenging as I am not a breakfast person anyway but I eat late enough I don't always get 16 hours in. Not sure I can eat much earlier given when I get in from work though.

I have just started using an app to track fasts just because the idea of collecting badges will probably help me (a hang over from slimming world and the stickers perhaps? It has a circadian rhythm fast option (13 hour) I've been using on nights I eat late.

I'm the same - I don't feel the need for breakfast so it happens naturally most days. Not quite 16 every day, but likewise it can sometimes be longer.

Your app sounds interesting Snowy and I like the sound of badges too :D Can you tell me what it's called, please?

It's called zero - you get badges for (so far) every 5 fasts, i think there are badges for streaks etc too. and it is handy to have someone do the math for you, it also gives a little notif when you've hit 16 (or 13) or whatever time you've set.
