Have you ever run before? What are your goals? Its hard to give advice without knowing these things.
But as a starter, if you are completely new at it expect to take time to get comfortable and take it slow so you don't get injured or burn out.
Thank you all I have downloaded the 5k couch now. How many times a week should I start off with please and how long for ?
Day 1 I was out at 9am I going again in the morning. You do start off with walking / jogging it's so easy and steady to do at any weight.This is actually something I've been wondering too so this thread was very useful for me![]()
I will probably wait until I'm at a lighter weight though as I dont want to risk damaging anything.
Glad to hear you are enjoying couch to 5k so far, what day are you on?
