How to cook Gammon

    not sure if this is in the right place, but here goes

    as part of my mini goals, i am trying somthing new or not had in a long time. , i got it from tescos last night in the reduced section, so it needs to be used today.....

    but i have not got a clue what to do with it.......

    any ideas.....

    boil it then stick it in oven with some honey and mustard

    depends if you mean a huge chunk or a gammon steak

    if its a huge chunk then boil it and put in the oven, though i like it just boiled , i dont glaze with anything when I roast it. I boil it for a while, tip out the water then continue to boil with new water just to make sure it isnt too salty

    if its a gammon steak then grill it as you would bacon it just takes a little longer
