    Hi all Returners!!:wave_cry:

Have been toying with the idea of returning to CD for quite a while and indeed am going to see my lovely CDC next week for a wee chat! How do all of you manage to get back into it so well?? I have tried countless times without success and finally left CD completely as it was just getting me down so much:(

Last time i got to day 4, felt so ill and fell spectacularly off the wagon:sigh:

Am so fed up with dieting i really wanna get this final stone off and get on with maintaining now.

Any tips on how you managed to climb back and stay on the wagon??

Hi Jaxie, Im on and off the diet all the time. The nearer I get to target the more I sabotage. I find the first couple of days hard but just stick with it, drink lots of water and keep busy. It does get easier. Just think that stone could be gone in less than a month and how great you will feel.

I found week one really hard and fell off the wagon a couple of times, should have really done the prep week on reflection, was really disappointed in myself at my week 1 weigh in cos I only lost 5lb, last time week 1 was 9lb, so really stuck to it week 2, although I weighed in 2 days early, I ended up loosing another 3lb, so quite happy with that, especially as my scales said I had put on, I knew that I had lost inches, 2 in fact from my waist.

After day 3 of week 2, ss without cheating, I stopped feeling hungry, unless im due a cd of course. Im lucky I guess, as my kids have their tea at their grandma's, hubby is currently getting his own tea, so Im not as tempted as most I guess.

We visited the in laws at the weekend, and when sunday dinner was on the go, I went out window shopping, thoroughly enjoyed myself, and kept away from the smells, and avoided any chance of cheating. Hubby warmed his up when we got in, and then ate it in the kitchen out of my way (Bless him), while I had a cup of veg bullion.

Try to give yourself some focus, maybe a dress or outfit you need to fit into?

    Anyway good luck

Have eaten mostly protein today and a couple of shakes! Hoping that will help get me into ketosis quicker! God, am really dreading the first few days but it'll only be for a couple of weeks, hopefully:p

Here's hoping for success this time! Thursday is D Day!;)

Will be looking for loads of support from you all!

    Take care!
