I am finding it hard to increase my fat intake without increasing my protein. If I add meat or fish the protein goes way up and at end of day I end up with way more protein than fat. Carb level is fine.
i know that for atkins fat intake needs to be higher than protein which the body can convert to glucose.
I am having butter and olive oil, but how do others get more fat than protein?
