Welcome Bill. This site is a fantastic resource. There are all manner of solutions to weight loss on here, but no Magic Bullet that I can find. Trawl through the various diets and get a feel for what level of change you can withstand long term, then give that a try. If you try it and it doesn't work, try something else. It's all about how badly you want to loose it.
