How to make modern day quiche

I used to live on corned beef quiche, Absolutly my savour, so how is it made and how??
I saw some posts saying pasta n sauce as base, thats sounds really disgusting, need me meat lol :D

I like to do crustless quiches. They're almost as good as the real thing, but way less calories. That's something I do a lot.
