How to measure cream cheese?

If i use Philedelphia low fat cheese how do I measure 28Grms? Is there a spoon measurement for it please?

I just stick a piece of kitchen roll in my scales and plop it on to that to weigh it.

or just put a bowl onto your scales, set scales to zero again and then add the cream cheese to measure 28g

That would actually be easier, lol.

Or put your tub on the scales and weigh it, subtract 28g and take the cheese out till your tub weighs that.

So: tub originally weighs 150g less 28g so 122g. Take the cheese out till you get 122g.
