How to mix maintainance packs?

Hello all,

I have been following the CD for 7 weeks now.However, I have some Lipotrim Maintainance samples that I want to try and was wondering how you mix them up as I have lost the mixing instructions.

I have the chocolate whip, orange creme and fruits pack.

Any help much appreciated.
