How to people cope with dairy?

put it in a rice pudding mmmmmmmm
I just made one 3 oz pudding rice pint and half water simmer on hob till most water is gone drain put in an oven proof dish pour on 250ml Semi milk HeA bake at 150 till the top goes brown add sweetener as you serve it (dont cook it with sweetener its a waste of time you will need less if you sweeten before you eat it)
totally free on green and EE just your HeA of milk used I think it makes about 2-3 servings so you will still have milk left if you only eat half

Do you like cheese? I know you say you don't eat it often but... a great way to have cheese is by having 3 (check your book) light babybels as a snack at work etc.

Also - You don't HAVE to have 2a's, I normally just have one.

One last idea - how about using milk to make a lovely options (2 syns) hot chocolate in the evening? x

Or cheese wise what about 28g of cheese as your HE? Its not a big portion but will get you the HE?

Hot chocolate?

A latte made with semi skimmed milk and a spoon of coffee?

What about yoghurts? Having it poured over your fruit in the morning?
