How to works out carbs and fibre in recipe with WW calculator

I have a recipe which show fat and protein but not carbs or fibre (it shows calories, fat, salt and sugar)

How do I calculate for my propoints

It's generally 1 point per 40 calories. I'd always round up using this method though xx

I was gonna suggest exactly the same but always round up when using this method.x
