How we doing today

well done guys! I find swimming SO hard, but I'm gonna stick with it, as no matter how much I do, I always feel my muscles aching afterwards so it must be working! I normally always give up after about 15mins tho! So well done guys!

Aqua aerobics and Curves are more my exercises of choice at the moment! But I AM trying to swim more too!
