My work lifestyle has taken a massive effect on my weight this year. Having studied home ec/catering in school and college, Im comfortable with cooking and enjoy it.
Some of the recipes around here look awesome, and have added them to my "to do" list.
Got to stick at this and lose plenty of weight.
