First day! I MUST loose weight this time....Right on with the diary

Breakfast
Sliced peaches(frozen) and a shape 0 yogurt

Lunch
SW Potato and onion pasty HEX B
weeto cereal bar.....HEX B?? (not sure,think used to be)

Dinner

lentil dhal and rice with boiled egg

2 slices of low low cheese HEX A

Syns 7 Digestive biscuits x2

Been pretty good again! Yey!

2x shape 0% yogurts

Weeto bar HEX B ?
2x boiled egg
banana
apple

Dinner
fried eggs
SW chips (yummy yum!)

snack

2x slice low low cheese
2X digestive biscuits syns 7

Vicki123 the recipe is on here but im more than happy to tell you.

3 eggs 3 spoonfulls of sweetener

separate the egg yolk and whites
whisk the whites and sweetener together
then gently fold in the beaten yolks
then cook as you would a normal pancake
(you really need to frylight the pan though so they dont stick)

Dawniebabes did you mean to post here? I think you can have hummous as a HEX B on a green day!

Hi Cai,
I am veggie so i only follow green days and i'm doing SW at home with the help of this site, previous knowledge of the plan and a friend that can get me books (eventually!) that goes to the group. :) Well done on your HUGE loss so far. You must be so very pleased.
 
Saturday (the weekend!!!! a notoriously hard time for me eatting as i get time to think about food!)
Had 6 cakes today so far.......luckily they are my daughters 'play'ones that she keeps giving to me!!! :p

Ok i am giving myself a huge pat on the back as i have amazed myself today. I went to Costa coffee today and i was so good! I had a pot of tropical fruit and a black coffee! My daughter gave me one of her mini chocolate wafers which i am going to syn at 1 syn. The kids have had sweets and i had none and they have demolished a pack biscuits and i had none! Yey well done me!!:D

fruit pot from Costa coffee
fibre plus bar HEXB

Dinner
think i will make spagetti and Quorn meatballs in a syn free sauce of passata, herbs and sweetcorn
With cheese on to 42g HEXA

Not sure if you are still having them but you can't have the weetos bars as a HEXB... can have the weetabix oaty bar though and obviously fibre plus.
 
Quorn sausages are also synned...depends which ones you had
 
Thanks Sparkledpixie dust. I twigged about the weeto bars, but i thought the sausages were free so i will look into that! Its great to have people to point out if you are having something that may sabotage my weight loss!
