Congrats on the job! Food wasn't too bad a disaster. I've had much. much worse!..lol..

3 1/2 off & got my stone & a half award. Yay!

Food today:

Clusters, yogurt & strawberry pot don't know syns & was starving. Melon, mango.

Snacks: 2x plums, biscuit moments 99 cal 5 syns, apple.

Lunch: HEXB WM bread x2 400g loaf, cheese HEXA & coleslaw with salad. Few spoonfuls if free muller. Grapes, mango, melon.

Dinner when I get home free quorn assuages, potato wedges, beans.

EE day, been hungry so not too great but happy with weight loss.

Hello & welcome to my diary.

Thank you all. Not a great day again, busy at work, tired etc.

Wm toast x2 400g loaf, peanut butter 5 syns
Melon, mango, banana, grapes.

Lunch: small jacket potato, tuna, LTL mayo 1 syns, salad, cheese HEXA, then squirted light mayo on top.

Snacks: plums 3 or 4, space raiders. Bag of jellies. 1 ginger biscuit, 1 fruit biscuit & 2 digestives. Oh dinner.

Fishcakes, SW chips/wedges, mushy peas & veg - cabbage, broccoli for dinner. Fishcake has been in the freezer for ages, I need to defrost my freezer so it's getting eaten. 16 1/2 syns.

Ouch!!!

I have an assignment I need to finish by Wednesday, (I got the cut off date mixed up). Don't expect this week to bed too great food wise.
 
Not been great weekend for me food wise. Pigged out Saturday for no reason at all. Yesterday, met my mum & sister & had pizza, chips & pudding. Sp day today.
Mondays are a good day for a fresh start, just made an aubergine bake for tonight - good sp food although the rest of my day will be normal EE - have a good day :)

Pizza is my downfull.

Monday's certainly are a good day to start again. I find SP days, particulary lunch a little tricky as I only eat fish so really limits your protein. I would struggle being vegetarian tbh for fit any SP days in.
 
Ooooh your tea sounds really good! where do you get the BFree Wrap from? Really fancy a quron tikka wrap for lunch tomorrow x
