So today:

Muller goodies, melon before volunteering.

Snacks AM & after swim: hifi bars, banana, nectarine. HEXB.

Lunch: jacket potato with beans. Apple, banana.

Dinner: spaghetti carborna type thing, mushrooms, quorn lardons, 75g lightest philly, salad.

I really like the lardons, maybe I should give quorn bacon another try, it was awful when I tried it about 8 years ago.
 
I meant to ask, how did you do the burger and let me know if the pulled pork is nice x
 
Loads of fruit and veg, looks a really good day x
 
Starving now though so just put some pasta on. Also had 40g Doritos 7.5 & 5 syn bag of chocolate biscuits. Need to finish an assignment, I snack to focus on something else I think lol.
I know what you mean that sort of task always made me snack as well, but main thing is keeping track of your syns x
