Green Days Hunger busters?

    I've been feeling really hungry the last few days and wondered if anyone had any ideas of how to fill myself up? I've eaten loads...had my he's and syns but am craving more! :eek:

    If it's just a snack you're after try the mug shots; check not all are syn free.

    Or some low fat noodles. Or make up a pan of veggie curry for snacking on.

    Or if you fancy something sweet rice pudding with fruit & yoghurt. or make up some couscous (using cordial) & add fruit to it, it's much better than it sounds.

    pudding rice cooked and mixed with a yoghurt - VERY filling and free on green!

    *whispering* a pasta n sauce quiche is great for a really filling meal - make one up and it will do you at least 2 big meals - add a baked potato and salad to really fills you with no HE's or syns

    Thanks for the tips :D am worried about putting on too much with this hunger and a few xmas things going on so I may try some of those thankyou :)
