If it's just a snack you're after try the mug shots; check not all are syn free.

Or some low fat noodles. Or make up a pan of veggie curry for snacking on.

Or if you fancy something sweet rice pudding with fruit & yoghurt. or make up some couscous (using cordial) & add fruit to it, it's much better than it sounds.

pudding rice cooked and mixed with a yoghurt - VERY filling and free on green!

*whispering* a pasta n sauce quiche is great for a really filling meal - make one up and it will do you at least 2 big meals - add a baked potato and salad to really fills you with no HE's or syns
