    Is absolutely killing me today :(

    Must drink more water I think!

    Water,water and more water, and lots of coffee that's what's keeping me going !! I bought some of that Bouillon stuff, quite nice for a hot drink once a day (just 1 tsp).
    Keep going darl, you can do it!!

    Try splitting your shake packs into two and having six during the day. I have mine hot as well and it seems to fill me up more than cold.

    Yeah I am not sure why I am lagging on the water today! Think it is because I only have sparkling left which I am not too keen on and I don't trust the tap water in my office - lol!

    I will have to make up for it tonight when I get home :)
