Hi Linda

What time did you have your morning shake and when do you plan to have your next one? Maybe you can bring it forward a bit and in the meantime do something to take your mind of your hunger. Go for a walk, take a shower etc. Keep drinking the water too I drink as much water early in the day as possible. Think of achieving your target more quickly than you even dreamed, so you need to stay strong. Soon hunger will be but a distant memory.

I am jsut sooooo hungery. I have had a strawberry shake for brekie and am about to have another one for lunch its 1.15 now. mixed up a chicken soup and can I say Yuck

I too thought that about the chiken soup! lol !

Just try and think in a day or so you'll be in Ketosis and wont be hungry ...Just losing all those lbs :D :D :D :D
