i'm on day 1 of exante and although i have done lipotrim & lighterlife before, it was 10yrs ago-ish..
please remind me how long it is before i should go into ketosis ? and stop feeling hungry ?....

'86' ..you mentioned activity, does that mean the more activity you do the quicker you go into ketosis ? or ?
