Rat Crazy
So further to my thread!
It seemed finding my stall was easier then anticipated!
Cut out my daily breakfast Atkins bar and the weight has started dropping off again!

Sooo... I'm guessing from this it might be polyols I am sensitive too! I am so glad I figured it out!

WELL DONE! makes you feel so much better, and more confident in yourself when you know what does and doesn't work for you!! I found that out with cheese! I have a very small amount every few days as a treat :O) xxxxxxxxxxxx
 
i know! its so rubbish isnt it!! and normally i can take or leave cheese but on atkins it goes so well with loads of things! oh well! its not that big a deal as still eating loads of lush food! xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Good stuff! I didnt touch an atkins bar all week and I still stalled. Week 2, cutting out the cheese! lol!
