we women are made of strong stuff, I believe you will make it past today, now all you have to do is the same. Visualise it, see yourself tomorrow coming on here saying, "hey, do you know what, I licked it, I didn't give in, it was tough but it's over" Imagine that feeling of control and pride as you face a much easier day tomorrow.
Is it too early for you to have a shake or a flapjack? I know I feel full after making a shake with loads of ice and drink it through a straw. If you have it early and worry about later then plan a relaxing evening (If you can), do all the things you don't give yourself time for, try on some clothes, chuck out the old ones if they're got too big, do your nails, pedicure, anything and after that you should feel tired enough to sleep. Tomorrow is another day and it will be better, just you see, but if you eat now, you will never know, will you???
