So, ive been away for a few days up north seeing family. Came home, had my weigh in today... and im "NORMAL!":bliss:
So as of today im going to be gradually working my way up the plans.. ideally I wanted to stay a bit longer on SS till I get to goal, but I go on holiday start of May and I want to be able to eat a few nice dinners so Id rather build up to that than throw myself in the deep end!
Im starting SS+ today. I know it's not the next full step up, but Id rather slowly introduce food - the idea of doubling my calories to 810 scares me a bit!
Wish me luck people!!! Im kind of scared as I have cottage cheese and cucumber for lunch - and have never eaten cottage cheese in my life!
