So, ive been away for a few days up north seeing family. Came home, had my weigh in today... and im "NORMAL!":bliss:

So as of today im going to be gradually working my way up the plans.. ideally I wanted to stay a bit longer on SS till I get to goal, but I go on holiday start of May and I want to be able to eat a few nice dinners so Id rather build up to that than throw myself in the deep end!

Im starting SS+ today. I know it's not the next full step up, but Id rather slowly introduce food - the idea of doubling my calories to 810 scares me a bit!

Wish me luck people!!! Im kind of scared as I have cottage cheese and cucumber for lunch - and have never eaten cottage cheese in my life!:confused:

I wish you luck & hope you enjoy your cottage cheese & cucumber.I think its the best way to go through all the plans.I think thats were i went wrong last time i just stoped & started eating again.

Blend it in a blender until its smooth and use it like cream cheese.

Then.. cut long strips of cucumber using a potato peeler (or cut disks to act like crackers) and spread the cottage cheese on it like a spread.

Lots of black pepper, or a wee bit of curry powder should perk up the taste a bit. Or chilli, or italian herbs.

Thanks Lexie.. Unfort Im at work so just have to eat it out of a tub with a spoon... the first couple of mouthfuls were ok, but now its disgusting!! I feel so sick... I hope my food for rest of week is nicer...

Gosh this isnt good.. Id much prefer a nice shake right now :(

Well done thats amazing!! you must be so happy and proud of yourself!! I hope you didnt find the cottage cheese and cucumber to bad... I cant imagine eating again either I start week 9 tomorrow!!!

Im already beginning to doubt myself and what im doing.. im thinking maybe I should stick with just SS a bit longer then just eat healthily... argh I duno... I just had such a disgusting lunch Id rather not eat at all than have that again!

Cant you have chicken or anything else!!! Cottage cheese isnt that bad.. once you get used to it.. Could you stay doing ss for a bit longer if you wanted??

Well I bought chicken and turkey breasts yday, but I havent had time to cook them, and Im working till 11 tonight!
