I am back and ready to roll!

Hello everyone!

Well I have got back from a lovely week in Spain, refreshed and ready to tackle this diet head on.

Had a great time but having two 5 year old nieces gave me a wake up call, being as one of them piped up with 'I like you better thin' and the other 'I like you know, you're fat like me' Hmm. Confidence boost or what?! Ha ha!

Anywho, next time I go I shall be all slimline!
