I am back! This time to lose weight!!

Hi Guys,

I am not too sure if you will remember me but I was on here after losing weight on the cambridge diet for my wedding? Anyway got married, it was beautiful and I felt like a million dollars even though I wasn't at my goal weight!
Anyway I am not happy feel ugly fat and depressed!!
So I have started WW again and I shall get to my goal weight eventually!!

Anyway I am going to keep a diary and hope you guys will let me know if I am doing anything wrong....

I am allowed 27 points a day!!

Today:
Breakfast - Special K - 3
Snack - Apple - 0.5
Lunch - Jacket pot - 2, Mayo - 0.5, 2 quorn sausages - 2, sweet chilli sauce - 1.
Snack - crisps - 1.5
Dinner - Salmon - 2.5, Stir fry veg - 0.5, Noodles - 3, Sauce - 1.

Total so far - 17.5
I am going to have fruit and yogurt for dessert and will be trying to save some points for the wkend as that is where I always fail!!

Any advice appreciated!!

Hi there and welcome. Your food diary looks fine to me. What crisps have you found for 1.5 points? Are they nice? I've not found any lower than 2.
 
did you include your milk with your special k. I am not too sure of the points value, i am going to ww on tuesday next week
