I am going out for an Indian meal and need some help please

Hi everyone. I am doing slimming world extra easy plan, and was wondering if someone can please tell me how many syn values I will be using for the entire meal. I have looked at the menu for low fat options, and this is what I have picked.

Starter - Daal soup. As far as I can see there is nothing on here with syn values

Chicken tikka - I think might be cooked with a little oil and tomato puree, so I will have to point the oil, any idea how many points for the oil and puree?
Plain boiled rice. How many Syns?

Then I have chosen orange sorbet, so I will have to point the sugar and yogurt which I suppose with be full fat how many syns for the whole meal.
Thanks for your help. I am new to all this.

I haven't used my b option today so that will go towards the meal out.

All depends on individual restaurants and how much oil they use. Dhal has a lot of oil added at the end of cooking to flavour it with fried garlic.

Personally I would ask the restaurant to make the food with as little oil as possible. I ask this all the time and no-one has ever looked at me oddly!

Have the HEX B as oil and just count the syns in the dessert and I think you will be ok.

The most important thing is that you really enjoy your evening- have a great time
