I am new and follow SW


As the subject says "i am a newbie".

I have tried to follow slimming world and think its a good system however my self control is something i have an issue with.

I planned to start it up again as i am off on holiday in august and want to loose a stone by then. My girlfriend is a vegetarian so i need to cater for her too so it doubly hard to get meals and stuff done to serve the both of us.

Saturday and sunday was a booz and fast food craz so i officially started it yesterday.
