I am overweight now

After tonights 3lb loss and updating my ticker etc I've just seen that my BMI is under 30 so I am now overweight not obese

I did that on LL last year then put 14lbs back on. I would not recommend you do that!

Just think, about 2stone and you will be a normal healthy weight.

Its nice not being "obese" - the word does not even sound pleasant.
