have just picked up my Lilt (fizz) and realised that its full fat. I was certain i'd picked up lilt zero, as i thought id try an alternate to diet pepsi this week.

Thankgod i didnt buy more than one bottle,.. however i thought id had a pretty reasonable day on plan today, and had so far had 10 syns.. well, im certainly over my syns as i had two glasses of this full fat crap already this eve.

Aw I hate wasting syns. They should make the labels more obviously different to help us out. Give it to your oh, he won't notice.

.. he doesnt like fizz.. so now im just stuck with this bottle of fizz that i cant do anything with.


Might have to pack it up with the rest of the nutella and send it to my mother for younger siblings to eat. Saves my own hips i spose.


any clue of synage i should allow for it?? i had two glasses, but they were like those slimline glasses?

Pour some water into the glass and measure it, times by two! Then lilt is 50cal per 250ml so 20Kcal per 100ml (roughly 1.0syns per 100ml).

Not too bad, 4syns! It's nowhere near as bad as if it had been fat coke!

I did the same with a fizzy drink once. My old consultant said to mix it with the diet one so you dont waste it but its nowhere near as many syns. I did 1 quarter full fat to 3 quarters diet!
