Hey debs I'm not much help I'm afraid as only done 2 DDs so far, but I have to say no so far it's completely bunged me up (normally the complete opposite) but it doesn't bother me so much. Hope someone more useful will reply soon

My arthritis is better, my ibs is better, and my freaking life is better. Give it a good 4-8 weeks before it kicks in and if you get constipated (which you probably will if you're anything like me) take the husks.
I used to go 10-20 times a day and was in agony, now I go once or twice, no pain xx

I've had IBS for yonks now but I would say even though I've only been on plan nearly 4 weeks it has improved. My belly is less bloated and I don't feel funky in my tummy after eating. I have suffered with constipation on and off for years but when I'm not I would always have very loose stools every day... I haven't got that anymore since starting JUDDD, they are more solid (sorry if it's TMI) which is good but not too keen on not going daily anymore! so I'm taking benefiber to see if that helps, if it doesn't improve my frequency then I'm going to try the psyllium husks

I was going to say hope this isn't tmi but seeing how this is a thread about ibs and therefore implies poo talk.
Scrap all I said about constipated!
I started Monday have had DDUD and U today, this morning I went to the bathroom and was surprised how "normal" it was (very unusual) but then since then I have been on and off the toilet every 15-30mins screaming in agony, have had to get the pile cream out to try and numb my arse as I can't sit down :S
Lol probably too tmi I know but def not constipated :S
Oh also haven't overdone it today have only managed a small sandwich and a jacket potato

hopefully it's just a passing thing! Could it have been something you ate? I'd maybe speak to your doc if it's still playing up on monday pet x No such thing as tmi in a bowel thread, we all blimmin poo lol! And if it means you can get some help or advice you should not fear talking about it xx

Yeah it had mostly passed by 5am thankfully so got a few hours sleep
Don't think it was anything if eaten, when it started I'd had a small cheese wholemeal sarnie and the day before was a down day and I had 1/2 chicken breast and green veg, 2 rice cakes and some raspberries and fat free yog (all well within date) :S

Nothing offends me when it's something we all do, ie poo, pee, periods (ok only women for that one) but I bet there's some out there who don't like people being so open about it lol. Roses really smell like poop.
Well anyways back to poo talk... kinda. I've got my very first hemorrhoid. It really is a pain in the butt. It must have developed from all the straining I have to do to actually do a poo since starting JUDDD. I am not sure if it's something that takes a few weeks to work but so far this Benefiber stuff has made no difference.
