I broke!!

Did LT last year and did well. However, due to lots of crappy circumstances in my life I put it all back on. :sigh:
Decided enough was enough and got back on the LT train. Day 3 was yesterday and felt really headachey and moody but stuck it out. Started feeling really good today at work but got home and had a really sicky dizzy do. Think it may be cos of nearly TOTM.
Got too much and just had a chicken salad - thought that would be best to have. Feel loads better already but can't believe I have been defeated already!! :cry:

u can do it hun im only on day 1 but i did it b4 last year and lost 6 stone, altho i put all and more bk on after we lost our baby i eat eat and eat some more. as much as it seems stupid i look at it as learning, remember how u feel now and try not 2 do it again u may well still be in ketosis anyway so just get bk 2 it 2morrow and make sure u drink lots 2 flush it all out. dont feel rubbish its just a slip u havnt jumped of the LT train just yet

You're not the first one to fall off the wagon but at least you were wise and had a chicken salad. Don't fret about it, put it behind you and start afresh tomorrow. Good luck x
