Well, I can't believe its Monday morning again and I seem to be going round in circles! I weighed in at 9st 2.5lbs this morning which means I am creeping up those scales.......
I haven't been strict, I have been eating normally but clearly too much and too many naughties so I'm going to try again this week to get below the 9stone mark.
I know I keep contradicting myself because I am having an argument with my conscious. Part of me is saying this is the weight your body wants to be, just accept it. The other part of me is saying no, you're better under 9st - its safer, you can see the magic number 8, if you accept being over 9st its just a slippery slope all the way up to 10. -
I feel like I'm being pulled in 2 directions! omg am i going mad?!
Okay, so here goes....
