Hello everyone (again) i fell of the wagon but started back again yesterday.Feel like poo but im sure in a few days ill be fine.Also joined the gym last week and ill be going twice a week and hoping to go swimming once too.I only want to get back to around 9stone or a size 12 im currently a 14 and i think as ive not weighed myself(i became obsessed) im around 10.6lbs.So not much to go but ive been doing this since april on and off and just cant do it anymore.So its the last leg and i will survive LOL
