I'm on day two of slim and save.. So far so good! Last year I lost 3 stone on CD went from 18st 9 to 15st 9 going from a size 20 to a size 16. Since stopping CD I've gone upto 16st 2. Getting married in November and want to lose another 3 stone. I have tried both WW and SW which I just end up over eating. The only thing that works for me is VLCDs.
Day one.. Woke up and had a black coffee, I try not to have my 1st product til about 11 which was oatmeal porridge, not so great.. I think I put too much water in, washed it down with another coffee and a litre of water. I had a strawberry shake at 4. Dinner was mac and cheese.. Again not so great but was ok with cauliflower. My 4th product was a choc coconut bar which was a welcomed treat.
Day two.. I woke up hungry today, had a few black coffees to see me through to my porridge, made with a lot less water and was ok. Cottage pie was my lunch. Tastes ok.. Not my favourite but fills a small hole. Looking forward to my chilli, cucumber and lettuce tonight and my white choc bar.
I'm already thinking about sabotaging the diet at the weekend, we're away on my in laws boat and they don't have a microwave. Don't fancy shakes all weekend. So going to take tuna etc with me so I don't end up eating bacon.
