I can't do it!

Any words of wisdom to help me lost some weight?

Need / want to lose 3+ stone, just can't get motivated, start off well in the morning, then have a binge in the evening. Have done Camnbridge before and found it a breeze - why can't I do it now. Have brought the Cambridge and there it sits in my cupboard.....:cry:

Hey Lizzie,

take a look at the JUDDD thread, it is working for a lot of ex CD'ers and means that alternate days you can eat your CD packs and the other days you can eat what you like, within reason, of course!

If you really need a fresh perspective, take a look, there are several of us trying this new plan, I am 10 days in and have lost 5lbs! Not bad for someone who has still enjoyed eating out etc....

You sound just like me :D

I am desperate to get 3-4 stone off before my holiday. It's my own fault. I try diets for a few days then believe there's a better one round the corner so switch. As a rsult I have only lost 12lb in the last 10 weeks.

I am thinking again of doing judddd. I was apprehensive at first, but they're all doing really well and it would work with my running (only running on my up days).

CD is great, it's just sticking to it. I think you have so much motivation the first time and it's so hard to start again.

Good luck, I hope you find the plan for you. I am going to start juddd in the morning. If you want to join me it would be great to have someone to start with. The juddd board is brilliant, full of lots of advice and everyone's really nice.
